Welcome to my kitchen!

My kitchen is a place to experiment, create, and learn about the cuisine of my Indian-North American identity and culture! My recipes and videos are a way to make Indian cooking techniques and recipes less intimidating and more accessible to those of us that don’t live in India and don’t own a spice grinder in the backyard. With my recipes, I hope that Indian food can become more accessible to you as we navigate our way through this amazing cuisine.
