Masala Eggs

Easy and spicy and eggy breakfast.

* My spice tolerance is high so don't blame me if this is too spicy for you

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Ghee

  • 1/2 TSP Cumin Seeds

  • 5 Eggs (beaten)

  • 1/2 TSP Garam Masala

  • Lots of Pepper

  • Salt to Taste

Masala Eggs


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee on medium heat. When hot add the cumin seeds.

  2. Fry until aromatic, then add the beaten eggs.

  3. Keep mixin’ and scramblin’ it alllll up…1 minute will do.

  4. Add lots of pepper, salt and the garam masala.

  5. Mix.

  6. START UR DAY OFF RIGHT!
