Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Oil

  • 12 Oz Spinach (Boiled)

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes

  • 2 Green Chilli

  • 2 Handfuls Cilantro

  • 1 Onion

  • 9 Cloves Garlic

  • 2 TBSP Shredded Ginger

  • 1 TSP Sambar Powder

  • 1/2 TSP Cumin Powder

  • 1/4 TSP Turmeric

  • 1 Can Garbanzo beans

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Chana Saag Recipe

  1. Add the boiled spinach, tomatoes, green chilli and cilantro to a blender and make it blend it into a sauce. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil on medium heat. Once oil becomes hot, add onion garlic and ginger. Stir for 7 - 8 minutes until they turn golden.

  3. Add in the sambar powder, cumin powder and turmeric. Stir well.

  4. Stir in that spinach mix! Add about 1/2 a cup of water.

  5. Add in the garbanzo beans.

  6. Stir well and add the lime juice.

  7. STUFF YOUR PRETTY FACE.
